1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using PNB Coding’s website or Discord community (collectively “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our [Privacy Policy], [Cookie Policy], and [Refund Policy].
If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. What We Offer
PNB Coding LLC provides:
- LeetCode-style system access: Interactive problems, explanations, and related materials focused on algorithms and data structures.
- Subscriptions: Time-limited access to the system plus any included community perks.
- Sessions: 1-on-1 or small-group time sold by the hour or in packages.
We may add or remove features at any time.
Access is delivered through your account on pnbcoding.com and, for community perks, through our official Discord server.
3. Accounts
You can sign up using Google Sign-In or email verification code.
You’re responsible for:
- Keeping your login secure;
- Making sure your account activity complies with these Terms;
- Using your real identity when leaving reviews.
We may suspend or close accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- One-time purchases (e.g., individual or lifetime access) are billed upfront.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period—no partial refunds.
- Sessions are billed in advance.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of any purchase (access, lifetime access, subscription, or session).
To request a refund, email support@pnbcoding.com with your order details.
We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases or future renewals.
5. Your Rights and Our Content
All learning content, including videos, text, graphics, and code examples, is the intellectual property of PNB Coding LLC.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own learning.
You may not:
- Download or redistribute learning videos or materials;
- Share login access with others;
- Copy, resell, or publish our content anywhere.
We may track IP addresses and usage for fraud detection and to enforce these rules.
6. Community and Behavior
If you join our Discord community, you agree to follow its server rules.
No harassment, hate speech, spam, or sharing of pirated content.
We may remove users or revoke access at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Share or redistribute our content;
- Violate these Terms;
- Engage in fraud or abuse.
If your subscription is terminated for violation, you’ll lose future access without refund.
You’ll retain access to any one-time purchases already paid for.
8. Disclaimers
Our content and any sessions are provided “as is.”
We do our best to teach effectively, but:
- We don’t guarantee you’ll get a job, internship, or competition result.
- Your success depends on your effort and skill.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Privacy and Cookies

By using the Service, you consent to that data usage.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute or claim will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You and PNB Coding LLC waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Wyoming if eligible.
12. Other Legal Stuff
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy make up the whole agreement between you and us.
- Severability: If any clause is found invalid, the rest still applies.
- No Waiver: If we don’t enforce a right, it doesn’t mean we waive it later.
- Force Majeure: We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
- Assignment: We may transfer our rights or obligations to another entity; you may not without our written consent.
