1. Overview
We want every learner to have a great experience at PNB Coding.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your original payment — no hard feelings.
This policy applies to all one-time purchases, lifetime plans, subscriptions, and sessions, with the conditions listed below.
2. One-Time Purchases (Single & Lifetime Access)
You can request a 100 % refund within 7 days of purchase for any access or lifetime access plan.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
To keep things fair, we may deny refund requests from accounts that have:
- Completed a substantial portion of the content, or
- Downloaded or redistributed content, or
- Previously requested multiple refunds.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid month.
- There are no partial refunds for unused time.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your very first subscription payment, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Renewals after the first month are non-refundable once charged.
4. Sessions
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- No sessions have taken place yet.
If a session has already been completed, that portion is non-refundable.
If you bought a session package, refunds only apply to unused sessions within 7 days of purchase.
Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.
5. Early-Bird and Promotional Offers
Early-bird and seasonal discounts follow the same 7-day refund window.
Once the refund window closes, all discounted sales are final.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@pnbcoding.com with:
- The email address used for your account,
- Your order receipt or payment ID, and
- The product you’d like refunded.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
All refunds are issued in USD, and any currency-conversion differences or fees are your responsibility.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of:
- Fraud or chargeback abuse;
- Redistribution or piracy of learning content;
- Excessive refund requests.
